Seminars

The Economic Club of San Francisco periodically invites speakers of note to address the members on current economic topics.  Attendance at these seminars or speaking events is at no charge.  The public is invited to attend.  However, priority for seating goes to active members of the Economic Club of San Francisco. 

The Economic Club of San Francisco also sponsors a series of economic courses, investment seminars and online web workshops offered by the San Francisco School of Economics.  Below are listed upcoming courses, seminars and web workshops which might be of interest to the members.

Seminars in the United States are held at the Chancellor Hotel in San Francisco, California.

Seminars in Europe are held at the Martineum Academy in Szombathely, Hungary.

 

The next seminar is scheduled for the regular monthly meeting of the Economic Club of San Francisco       for  October 5, 2010 in the Clipper Room of the Chancellor Hotel on Union Square.  The seminar will be presented by Kirk MacKenzie on the subject of "Money".

 

Kirk Mackenzie 2Kirk MacKenzie, author of the book "Money:Defending your Prosperity", will present a free seminar during the regular meeting of the Economic Club on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 7 PM.  The meeting will be held in the Clipper Room of the Chancellor Hotel on Union Square at 433 Powell Street in San Francisco.  Seating capacity is limited.  If you are interested to attend, please contact Ingo Bischoff at:
Kirk MacKenzie has researched and studied the subject of "Money" for several decades.  He offers his insights and predictions in the seminar. As a former executive for several Silicone Valley corporation, he has first hand experience how the present monetary system effects the capital structure of technology companies, as well as the savings of individuals .               
Mr. MacKenzie now operates his own Business Brokerage Company.
